The rehearsal workspace is isolated from any live election. Its county, stations and candidates are fictional. You act as a field agent, an election manager and a candidate-team viewer at once.
In Upload form, choose “Use rehearsal specimen 34A”, then Upload and extract. The AI reads every candidate row.
Compare the preview against the source image. Confirm and lock to receive a permanent receipt.
The command centre adds that station exactly once. Send YES again — you get the same receipt and no extra votes.
In Counted station results, press Test manager edit. The database rejects it and the attempt is audited.
